Contact salesThe desktop editor is free on macOS and Windows: importing, transcription, cutting and export all run on your machine at no charge. In the cloud, searching stock footage and validating an edit are free too — an agent can check its work before it spends anything. You start with $20.00 in credits, no card.
Rendering bills by output minute at $0.50 a minute, rounded up. A clip up to a minute costs $0.50; a two-and-a-half-minute cut rounds up to three and costs $1.50. 4K counts double and 720p counts half, so you pay for the video you actually ship, not for a plan tier.
A failed render is not charged as a completed render. Other completed cloud operations, such as transcription, Director runs, or previews, have their own usage charges. Validate the composition for free before rendering to catch structural errors early.
Neither. CueFrame is prepaid credits against measured usage — no monthly minimum, no per-seat pricing, and nothing to cancel. Top up when you want more.
